Part-Time Police Officer, Melvern Police Department
The City of Melvern, in Osage
County, Kansas, is currently
seeking a Kansas certified law
enforcement officer for
part-time employment.
Duties include enforcement of
all federal, state, and
local laws and ordinances,
support of school crossing
zones, as availability allows.
Applicants will be required to
read and write clear and
accurate reports, and possess
good communication skills with
the public and fellow officers.
Applicants must be at least 21
years of age, have no felony
convictions, and possession of a
valid Driver’s License.
High School Diploma, or GED
required, KLECT certification
