he Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is currently seeking two full time Dispatchers. We currently have a day shift and night shift position available. The Montgomery County Dispatch currently works 12 hr shifts.

Benefits include KPER's retirement, health insurance, dental, vision, paid vacation time, sick time, etc.

Dispatch experience is preferred but is not necessary as we provide on the job training. Job does require 35 words per minute typing and some map testing. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, have a H.S. diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and pass a background check. Good reading comprehension, writing, and computer skills are helpful.
