Applications for a Full Time Police Officer are now being accepted. The qualified candidate must possess a valid Kansas driver’s license, no criminal record or lengthy traffic record. GED or high school diploma required and be certified through KLETC or equivalent state certification would be preferred. Hours: Full Time

Salary: Salary dependent on experience. The City of St. John offers an excellent benefit package that includes BC/BS Health Insurance, KPERS, paid holidays, paid sick leave, paid vacation, gym membership and a uniform allowance. 

Qualifications: Must be 21 years of age with a valid Kansas driver’s license with no criminal history and be in good standing with C-POST, if certified. Must have the ability to perform all required duties. Must be able to pass pre-employment tests including physiological, medical and drug screens.

Must relocate to St. John.
