The Clay County Sheriff's Office is hiring for the position of Deputy Sheriff.  This position is full time, we work 12 hour shifts 6-6. 

Base pay is $20.14 after a short probationary period.  Standard government benefits.   Our department has take home cars and computers in vehicles.  Molle outer vests as daily uniform.  Onsite gym with paid workout time, shooting simulator.  M16s with Trijicon mros in every patrol vehicle.  Our goal is to make this the best patrol job possible for good employees.

Must be 21 years of age and have a high school diploma or the equivalent.  Certified officers are preferred.
