SPEAR System: Instructor Certification

The Hays Police Department is hosting a SPEAR Instructor Certification Course in conjunction with KLETC at the regional training facility on March 28th thru March 31st, 2022.  This system is not meant to replace your current DT system but instead helps bridge the gap between the sudden violent ambush and your current toolbox.  Simply put this system teaches the first 3-5 seconds of the fight that the other DT systems out there don't teach.
