KPOA District 2 is hosting FREE two-day De-Escalation Training provided by National De-escalation Training Center (NDTC) and the Fort Hays State University Criminal Justice Program Region 2 Central Region Training Center. This training will be held on October 9-10, 2023 from 8AM-5PM at Mill Creek Lodge at Volland Point, 34554 Old K-10 RD in Alma, KS.
This premier two day 16 hour principles and practice course is endorsed by the Office of Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) and certified by IADLEST. NDTC offers the most comprehensive, innovative, evidence based experiential de-escalation training available and is certified in 38 states.
Seating is limited to 20 registrants, first come, first serve.
