Overview:
The VALOR Safer Together Frontline Officer Workshop is a highly interactive course that provides actionable skills and strategies to enhance safety and wellness and promote a healthy community climate by building trust, one interaction at a time.
Morning Session Topics:
· Remember why you serve.
· Overcome challenging perceptions.
· Recognize how community climate impacts you and your family.
Afternoon Session Topics:
· Change community perceptions with value-added and plus-one interactions.
· Take charge of your future.
Training will be held January 24, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., CT, with a one-hour break for lunch (on your own).
Credit Hours Available: 8 hours
