The City of Wamego Police Department is looking for a full-time police officer.  Type: Full time 

Starting Wage: $22.00-$26.00 per hour 

Minimum Qualifications 

Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalency. KLETC certification is preferred. All Kansas Commission on Peace Officers certification and employment requirements apply. Successful  candidates must pass oral interview, psychological testing. drug/alcohol screening, criminal  history background check and additional job-related testing. Work schedule requires shift work  including weekends, holidays, and court appearances.
