The Harper Police Department is accepting applications for the position of full-time police officer. The Police Department consists of three full-time officers, 3 part time officers and 3 reserve officers.Officers work 12 hours shifts with every other weekend off. This position does require on call time on a regular basis. Successful applicant will be required to establish residency in the Harper city limits within 6 months of hire date.

Minimum qualifications - 21 years of age, high school diploma or equivalent, no felony, domestic violence or other misdemeanor convictions related to dishonesty. US citizenship reqiuired.

Salary Information - $19.82 per hour and certified at $20.82 +doq.
