The Jewell County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a motivated individual to fill a full time dispatcher position.

The qualified applicant will work 12 hour shifts. Dispatchers work 2 on 2 off 3 on 2 off 2 on and 3 off. The qualified applicant must also be available to work weekends and holidays. Dispatchers are paid weekend shift differential from 5 pm Friday until midnight Sunday. Dispatchers are paid double time and a half full holiday hours worked and regular holiday pay for holidays not worked.
