City of Larned is seeking an individual to fill one full time position as a Police Officer.  This is a non-exempt position, responsible for performing uniformed police patrol duties and enforcing all federal, state and local laws and ordinances. 

Requirements: high school diploma or GED, valid Kansas driver’s license with no serious traffic violations, KLETC certified preferred but not required, pass security background check, medical and psychological exams and drug screening. 

Starting pay with no KLETC Certification is $20.03. Starting pay for KLETC certified is DOE/DOQ.

Those with Brady/Giglio history need not apply.
