The City of Clearwater is a growing community of approximately 2600 people, located southwest of Wichita.

 We are looking for responsible, proactive, professional, and competent applicants to fill the position of Full-time Police Officer. We offer 24-hour Police service, enforcement, and protection in a community policing oriented manner.

Minimum requirements: 21 years old, High School Diploma of GED, Valid Driver’s License with good driving record, No Felony Convictions, No Domestic Violence or Weapons related Convictions. K.L.E.T.C. Certification preferred.

 Salary Range Pay for uncertified starting at $21.00 and up.  Certified, D.O.Q., $24.00 and up with benefits available including health, dental, vision, life insurance, KPERS.  Additional retirement plans, wellness program, paid sick, vacation, holiday pay.
