STARTING PAY: $63,000.00 (With no experience)
LATERAL PAY: Up To $76,576.89 (Up to five years' experience credited)
%5 step increases each year on your anniversary date until Step 9 for PO1's.
PO1 pay range is $63,000.00 to $93,079.69 (9 steps to top out)
PO2 pay range is $83,500.00 to $100,051.74 (5 steps to top out)
Requirements: Applicants must be 21 years of age at the time of application and have a high school diploma or equivalent, college preferred, with a clean criminal record.
All applicants must pass a drug screen and have vision correctable to 20/20, successfully pass a written, physical agility testing, medical screening, psychological examination, and CVSA. A thorough background investigation will be conducted on all applicants.
Work schedule requires weekend, holiday, rotating shift work (12-hour shifts), overtime and court appearances. Each pay period has overtime already built into the schedule for each officer due to the 12-hour shifts.
Certified Law Enforcement applicants must not have any Brady/Giglio material in background to be eligible for hiring.
