Certified Full-Time Officers starting salary ranges between $23-$26.50 DOQ

Certified Part-time Officers’ starting salary is based on experience.

To be considered for employment as a Law Enforcement Officer, an applicant must:

• Be a U.S. citizen

• Be at least 21 years of age

• Have a valid Kansas driver’s license

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent

• Be able to pass an extensive background investigation, polygraph, medical exam, and drug screen.
