The Labette County Sheriff's Office is currently accepting applications for the position of deputy sheriff. This is a full-time position that requires working 12-hour shifts. Duties include, but are not limited to enforcing state, and local laws. Serve civil process and enforce court orders. Conduct motor vehicle crash investigations and criminal investigations.

Applicants must be 21 years of age with no felony convictions, pass a background check, drug test and psychological test. 

Starting pay is $21.87 plus $.75 shift differential.
